Cornbread from the cast iron. Hot chicken and shrimp and grits. Fried catfish, hush puppies, a peach cobbler. Platters with two sides, and moonshine flights at the bar.

The list eats first. The week we open, the first tables are for the people who left their name, and a basket of biscuits hits the table, on us. Leave yours.
